Real Plastic Surgery was started by Nav Cavale in London, 2010.
Having qualified as a doctor in 1995, Nav completed a long specialisation process in 2008. He had been working in the NHS, as a GMC Specialist Registered Plastic Surgeon for a while, when he looked to start private practice. It soon became clear that finding a ‘proper’ plastic surgeon was very difficult for the average person seeking help.
But there are good surgeons out there, like Nav, we just need to help people find us. So, the idea for Real Plastic Surgery was born.

We are more interested in a natural look – taking what you have and making it better – perhaps a better version of yourself? Having said that, we never overpromise – we aim for ‘better, not perfect’ – perfect doesn’t exist in the real world, and at best it is a subjective idea.

We will never ‘sell’ surgery, this inevitably ends unhappily. If we do have things to suggest, we will say so, and give you space to think it through, with an adequate cooling off period, and plenty of opportunities to return for further consultations.
